IEP Course

I hear first hand the frustration parents feel in IEP meetings. Whether they walk out crying, break down and cry, or feel strong emotion of any kind…I get it. It’s hard to discern as parents, what is emotional parenting, the challenge and the joy of parenting a child with a disability, and what is the school trying to cut corners, not telling the full story, or hurrying you through to get to the next meeting. Parents are often left with unanswered questions.

That is why Vaughn Lauer and myself are partnering together to provide a course for parents and advocates to come together and learn about the law, the process and the system of special education.
